Switch from wet to dry or dry to wet vacuuming without removing or inserting filters or filter inserts. Kärcher's NT vacuums protect themselves against this type of expensive damage when this important procedure is forgotten. The highly efficient (99.9%) filter remains inside the machine during any kind of vacuuming work. In addition, for wet work, an electronic liquid level monitoring device shuts down the vacuum motor completely when maximum tank level is reached. Best yet, Kärcher's patented "Power Filter Clean" system allows the dust filter to be cleaned without shutting the unit off. When suction declines as the dust filter loads, a simple button press on the handle restores optimum airflow and suction power by automatically cleaning the filter while the vacuum is still in use.
